gammatrixis provides a comprehensive fitness analytics platform designed for fitness professionals, including performance tracking, client management, business intelligence, and real-time insights. Our platform enables fitness coaches and gym operators to analyse performance data, manage client relationships, and optimise their business operations through data-driven insights.

User Accounts and Registration

To access our platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

User Obligations

You agree to use our platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload or share through our platform complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws. Payment and Subscription

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gammatrixis AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of our platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless gammatrixis AS and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Denmark. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions.

Severability
